Rhapsody's Roundtrip and Reverse Engineering functionality does not work as of June 25th

Flashes (Alerts)

Abstract

Although the log will indicate the process has completed, the roundtrip and reverse engineering functions (when invoked) of IBM Engineering Rhapsody will not have made any changes to the model. The message "Sorry, your Jauditor license string has expired at this time" or similar may appear in the log prior to the roundtrip or reverse engineering process completing. This affects all supported versions of Rhapsody.

Content

IBM is investigating the cause of this issue. As a workaround, users may set their system clock back to June 24th or earlier.
July 8th update: An fix is available from support that will resolve this issue by updating a DLL used by the Rhapsody client. Contact support to obtain this fix.
Please note that this DLL has been tested in the currently supported versions of Rhapsody (9.0.2, 10.0, 10.0.1 and 10.0.2). It may also work with older versions of Rhapsody such as 8.4, 9.0 or 9.0.1, however this has not been tested as these versions are no longer supported. If you apply this fix to an unsupported version of Rhapsody and you continue to experience this problem, please upgrade to a supported version of Rhapsody and apply the fix to that newer version instead.
The updated DLL will be included in 9.0.2 iFix005, 10.0 iFix003, 10.0.1 iFix003, 10.0.2 iFix001 and all future releases.
