Steps to Filter Reservations by Status

Log In to the TechZone Portal

Open your web browser and navigate to the IBM TechZone portal.

Enter your credentials to log in.

Access the "My Reservations" Tab
-
Once logged in, go to the "My Reservations" page by visiting:
https://techzone.ibm.com/my/reservations. -
This page will initially display all reservations in "Running" and "Provisioning" statuses.

Apply Filters to View Specific Reservation Statuses

Locate the "Filter by Status" option on the "My Reservations" page.

By default, the following statuses are selected:
-
Pending for Approval
-
Provisioning
-
Ready
-
Scheduled
-
Templating
-
-
Additional status options are available, including:
-
Approved
-
Deleted
-
Expired
-
Failed
-
Powering
-
Rejected
-
Worming
-
-
-
Select Desired Statuses
-
To view reservations with a specific status, uncheck all default selections and check the box for the desired status. For example:

To view only "Ready" reservations, select only the Ready checkbox.

To view only "Failed" reservations, select only the Failed checkbox.

To view multiple statuses, select the corresponding checkboxes. For example:

To view both "Ready" and "Provisioning" reservations, check both the Ready and Provisioning checkboxes.

Customize the filter by selecting any combination of statuses based on your preferences.

Review Filtered Reservations

After applying the desired filters, the page will update to display only the reservations matching the selected statuses.

Review the list to find the relevant reservation details
