Error description

• Accessing a file through mmap while the same file is accessed on
  other nodes, or other operations are done on other nodes, there
  is a small chance of a race condition leading to a logassert
  

Local fix

• Avoid the concurrent operations on other nodes while the file is
  accessed on one node.
