Benefits of the solution:
Fixed Code will allow the weighted Log groups to be balanced
across the servers having the 3% tolerance limit.

Work Around:
None

Problem trigger:
If we have slightly different log groups weights on the same
server which might not balance the heavy weighted log groups.

Symptom:
Abend
