Error description
In some situations the warning or error status of internal resources does not aggregate as it should. There is no indication of error or warning status for a given internal resource on the left hand side of the device details, and the condition or health value of the top level resource, such as a storage system, does not indicate a warning or error on the dashboards or block storage listings. All of those should be in sync, and indicate the most critical status value for the internal resources. The only way to know that an internal resource, such as a drive or node, has an error is to drill all the way into the detailed listing for that internal resource type. Alerts are also not created as the status of drives/nodes is not changed. For example, if a node goes down and changes its status to red, the system changes to red (expected). When the node comes back online, the node status changes to green but the storage system remains red. The out of sync colours may remain that way until the next full probe, or longer.
Local fix
Run sendcloudcallhome -inventory (which invoke full probe on ACH device).
