Prerequisites
The server package of this interim fix requires one of the following versions of Content Collector installed on your operating system:

How critical is this fix?
This interim fix 003 upgrades the dlls related files which are used by Content Collector to the latest versions. This fix addresses the following Known Issues and new MG scripts for SharePoint Online and Exchange Online:
1.New Scripts - An additional fix was implemented to rewrite existing ICC scripts that previously relied on the deprecated AzureAD PowerShell module for Exchange Online and SharePoint online to register the apps. These have been updated to use Microsoft Graph PowerShell commands, ensuring continued compatibility with Azure Active Directory (AAD) and alignment with Microsoft's current standards. (For the installation steps, please refer to page 6 of the documentation.
2.DT424943-While replacing the document with stub, the SharePoint throws the following error- Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.ServerException: You cannot change moderation status and set other item properties at that same time. This happens when the library setting "Require content approval for submitted items" is set to Yes. A fix has been provided for this error.
3.DT434337-While creating the stub link during post processing, the following error was thrown if the DocId service is running in SharePoint Online - Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.PropertyOrFieldNotInitializedException: The property or field has not been initialized. It has not been requested or the request has not been executed. It. This fix resolves the issue where documents ingested from SharePoint Online via IBM Content Collector (ICC) using stubs which were not appearing in FileNet.
4.DT420245-This fix resolves the issue where time zone comparisons failed due to differences in display names across regional language settings (e.g., German) which throws the following error - Error 0x1d68 Value cannot be null.Parameter name: destinationTimeZone.
5.DT440670-This fix resolves the issue when there is a TaxCatchAll column in SharePoint On-Prem which throws the following error - Error 0x17a4 occurred during metadata extraction for a SharePoint item.
