Error description

• This APAR fixes the following issues and adds some minor
  improvements:
  1) Possible incorrect DB2 admin panel invocation from misc
  filters.
  2) Possible 0C7 Abend when processing relative paging objects
  with XML
  3) Possible ALAA447E Rowdata validation error.
  4) Incorrect JCL generation when selecting Send data to ODP and
  LOAD Options=Y
  5) Possible incorrect automated dropped object mode reporting
  with filters by partitions.
  6) Partition was added to the detail report for absolute paging
  objects.
  7) Mixed case characters support was added for integration with
  Db2 AOC.
  8) ISPP126 error on a help panel.
  9) When using JSON parameters file, it was possible to encounter
  the issue with the continuous mode file
  10) Possible 0C4 Abend when processing LOB objects
  11) Corrected the wrong RSN code for error ALAA068E
  12) Possible SC03 Abend in ALADTL2
  13) Improved error messages for row movement issues in the tool
  14) Added table versioning support for automated dropped object
  reporting mode
