PH65910: GDPS Metro initialization fails when D M=CORE returns CPC_UNKNOWN_NAME

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After an IPL, GDPS initialization fails during site table
  lookup when the CPC name can temporarily not be determined
  from the D M=CORE command output.
  
  GEOTRC message from VPCCGRPS indicates 'CPC CPC_UNKNOWN_NAME
  was not found within the list of ACFFQRY Processor' is
  observed in Netlog, along with the following error messages:
  
  GEO2985E Multiple Domains xxxxx have been found in the GEOGROUP
  but GDPS could not retrieve System Automation data. Check NetLog
  for details.
  
  GEO070E GDPS INITIALIZATION FAILED: GEOGROUP XML SYNTAX ERROR
