Error description

• Customers might experience Storage System Status alerts
  (such as "Not Normal", "Error" or "Warning"), indicating the
  device is having a problem, but the device and its components
  show as green/healthy in Storage Insights, and there is no
  apparent problems seen in the storage device GUI either.
  
  There is additional confusion when viewing the Status value
  (represented by the icon to the left of the storage system
  graphic on the upper left of the device specific details panel),
  
  
  as it does not always show the same as the high level device
