APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• An ABENDS0C4 (in the INZUTILK module with reason code 38)
  systematically occurs at the end of any unload invoked from OMVS
  (z/oS Unix(r) System(r) Services).
  The same unload invoked on z/OS does not terminate in ABENDS0C4
  RSN38.
  

Local fix

• if applicable, consider invoking the unload from z/OS instead of
  OMVS.
