Abstract

Users may have experienced a service disruption with accessing IBM StreamSets Control Hub with email and social login across all instances on Thursday, June 12, 2025.  

In addition, users may have experienced issues creating or modifying environments and deployments on na01, na02, na03, eu01, eu02, and ap01 instances on Thursday, June 12, 2025

Description

Users may have experienced a service disruption with accessing IBM StreamSets Control Hub with email and social login across all instances due to an underlying Google Cloud infrastructure outage. The issue started at 11:01 a.m. PT and was remediated at 11:58 a.m. PT on Thursday, June 12, 2025.
In addition, users with organizations on na01, na02, na03, eu01, eu02, and ap01 instances may have experienced issues with creating or modifying environments and deployments. The issue started at 11:01 a.m. PT and was remediated at 2:32 p.m. PT on Thursday, June 12, 2025.
Fix:
The StreamSets team has completed the root cause analysis. The service disruption was caused by Google infrastructure outage. This issue has been resolved by the Google team and further information regarding the incident can be found here.
