  - ORF did not check whether the name of the IMS catalog
    database is defined in the RECON record when the IMS
    management of ACBs is enabled.
  - The message HRF01701E HPSCCATI API failed RC=00000008,
    RSN=30080208 is issued when //IDIOFF DD DUMMY is specified in
    the ORF JCL.
