• APAR IT45911 was incorrectly excluded from the
  install packages for Fixpack 25 (8.1.0.25) and CSU 26 (8.1.0.26)
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• APAR IT45911 was released with CSU 21 (8.1.0.21).
  For MQ installations at this level, the fix for APAR IT45911 is
  removedby the installation of either Fixpack 25(8.1.0.25) or
  CSU 26 (8.1.0.26).
  

Problem conclusion

• CSU 27 (8.1.0.27) restores the fix for APAR IT45911
  for the affected MQ installations.
