What to Do When an Ingress Error Occurs in a ROKS Environment
If you encounter an Ingress error in a Red Hat OpenShift on IBM Cloud (ROKS) environment, as shown in the example image, you have two recommended options for resolution:

Open an IBM Cloud Support Ticket
Submit a support ticket through the IBM Cloud Support Center for assistance from IBM support. -
Create a New Reservation (Recommended)
In most cases, the faster and more effective solution is to create a new reservation of the same environment. This typically resolves the issue without needing further troubleshooting.
