1. Temporal tables support for Test and Compare functions
2. Field name in TCz for 'SQL PA Installation Parameters'
changed to Low level qualifier of load library. Help message
updated.
3. Allow blank value for 'Alternative DB2 Admin Tool Plan Name'.
SQL PA reflects the blank correctly and opens the Admin Tool.
4. ANLCHECK module no longer calls DSN8EXP/DSNAEXP procedures.
BIND now returns RC=0.
5. New primary command ADMIN_TOOL added in SQL PA to call Db2
Admin Tool from all major functions.
6. Fix for 'Check enabled virtual indexes' to support secondary
user ID. Prevent SQLERROR -104 when DBTRACE=ON.
