Abstract
Organizations hosted on the na02 instance of IBM StreamSets Control Hub may have encountered intermittent issues with jobs (including starting and stopping) between 2:55 a.m. PT and 4:15 a.m. PT on Thursday, June 5, 2025.
Recommended Action
IBM StreamSets Control Hub users with organizations on the na02 instance may have experienced intermittent service disruption with jobs (including starting and stopping). The issue started at 2:55 a.m. PT and was remediated at 4:15 a.m. PT on Thursday, June 5, 2025.
Fix:
The StreamSets Team has completed the root cause analysis. The service interruption is related to an infrastructure issue during routine maintenance that was not expected. The StreamSets team is taking necessary steps to avoid recurrence of the issue.
