QRadar: Hub app (formerly called Assistant) fails to connect using new API keys

Troubleshooting

Problem

Users of the QRadar Hub application (app) can encounter an "invalid token" error when attempting to authenticate with the IBM X-Force Exchange API even when there are no apparent network connectivity issues.

Symptom

When QRadar users try to configure the Assistant app using a newly generated API token, the app returns the following error. This occurs even when the token is correctly copied from their IBM X-Force Exchange account:
X-Force Tokens are not valid (If you are using a proxy then please store proxy settings first)
