Problem

Users of the older version of QRadar are experiencing difficulties with keys generated on apps.xforce.ibmcloud.com, leading to the error message "X-Force Tokens are not valid (If you are using a proxy, then please store proxy settings first)".
This issue impacts the functionality of QRadar apps with X-Force services.

Resolving The Problem

To resolve this issue, users are advised to upgrade to the latest version of QRadar, which has been designed to eliminate compatibility problems with keys generated on apps.xforce.ibmcloud.com.
If upgrading is not immediately feasible, users can generate a new key using the alternative link exchange.xforce.ibmcloud.com.
This new key should replace the problematic one, thereby resolving the error and restoring the intended functionality between QRadar apps and X-Force services.

The generated key restores functionality between QRadar apps and X-Force services.
