Best practice is for users to configure their system to trust on the CA root certificate so that FTPS connectivity will not be interrupted when the new leaf certificate is installed.

ACTION needed:
Please review your protocol application certificate store and -if not preloaded- download, import, and trust the following DigiCert root CA and intermediate CA certificates.
   http://cacerts.digicert.com/DigiCertGlobalG2TLSRSASHA2562020CA1-1.crt
   Serial Number=0C F5 BD 06 2B 56 02 F4 7A B8 50 2C 23 CC F0 66

Best practice is to configure your system to trust on the new CA certificate so that HTTPS connectivity will not be interrupted when the renewed leaf certificate is being installed.
If your software does not support the above practices, you must leave the existing certificate chain (CA Root, intermediate, and leaf) installed until the cutover date, even if your system allows you to have multiple certificates in your trust store.

If there are any questions or you have any issues downloading the new HTTPS certificate, please open a case with IBM Support at www.ibm.com/mysupport.
