Abstract
Organizations hosted on the eu02 instance of IBM StreamSets Control Hub may have encountered intermittent issues interacting with jobs (including starting and stopping) between May 13, 2025, and June 2, 2025.
Description
IBM StreamSets Control Hub users with organizations on the eu02 instance may have experienced intermittent service disruption with starting and stopping jobs. The issue was first observed on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, and mitigated on Monday, June 2, 2025.
Recommended Action
The StreamSets Team has completed the root cause analysis. The issue was related to contention in the underlying infrastructure of EU02 instance. The StreamSets team is taking necessary steps to avoid recurrence of the issue.
