* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides support for EXPLAIN  *
*                      PACKAGE.                                *
****************************************************************
The ADB21K panel (Catalog Packages) is updated with the new line
command EXP, which navigates the user to the new ADB21KEX
(Explain Package) panel.

The ADB2E panel (Explain) is updated with the new primary
command EK,  which navigates the user to the new ADB21KEX panel.

On the new ADB21KEX panel, you can specify options for running
EXPLAIN on a package.
