• DSN1COMP utility enhanced with the following improvements:
  - The REORG option on DSN1COMP will be enhanced to more closely
     match the REORG utility in behavior and thereby provide a
     more accurate compression estimate
  - LOB compression report to include more statistics on LOB
     sizing and a more accurate LOB compression estimation
  - Option to externalize dictionary created by DSN1COMP now
     supports Huffman dictionaries
