Summary
By design, Maximo does not display the issued rotating assets on the Issues & Returns screen when a stock tool is issued. This behaviour is intentional and aligns with the system's default configuration. However, in certain business scenarios, it may be necessary to display rotating asset information during the issuance of tools.
