Question & Answer
Question
How long does the download link for Getlogs remain active after you collected the logs from the GUI?
Example:

Answer
The download link for Getlogs never expires. It dynamically points to the most recent log file in /store/LOGS. If multiple files exist, the link always points to the latest log file.
If you delete the Getlogs file from the console CLI from /store/LOGS and attempt to download the logs from the GUI, clicking the download link shows an error message:
Error downloading logs. The file /store/LOGS/logs_qradar-xxxxxxxxx.tar.gz does not exist.
The reason is that the link refers to the previously downloaded file. When a new Getlogs file is collected, the download link resumes working and downloads the newly generated log file. Conclusion:
The Getlogs download link never expires and dynamically points to the most recent log file in /store/LOGS on the console UI. It becomes inactive (an error message is displayed) only when no Getlog files are present.
