Error description

• 1. IMS Online Reorganization Facility job ends with U0999 after
  message DSP0202I INVALID PARAMETER is issued while processing
  INIT.DB with PARTSEL, SHARELVL(3) and OSAM8G keywords.

  1. A message DSP0202I INVALID PARAMETER is issued during
     processing INIT.DB with PARTSEL, SHARELVL(3) and OSAM8G
     due to lack of line break processing.
  2. The cause of hung is that ORF task was waiting for next
     message after XCF message buffer shortage.

• 1. Code has been changed to add line break processing.
