Troubleshooting
Problem
When starting IBM DevOps Deploy server after a version upgrade, it fails and throws the following error:
Unrecognized option: -Xdump:heap:none
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred.
Program will exit.
Symptom
* The server upgrade is successful, but then it fails to start.
* A recent upgrade or switch from IBM Java to another JRE provider.
