Developer Portal does not show API Documentation Details and the page is blank

Troubleshooting


Problem

When a user navigates to Developer Portal API document page to get overview on an API there is no content displayed.

This happens for all types of users - Admin, Authenticated and Public

After the Admin user clears the cache, the page displays but the issue appears sporadically
