QRadar: How to enable QRadar to report health status to a third party host

Problem

How can I enable QRadar to report health status like CPU, RAM, MEMORY via SNMP to another host?

Symptom

QRadar uses SNMP Protocol trap to sends event offense notifications to a configured SNMP host for additional processing. However, in order add another layer of monitoring services clients has the option to gather QRadar health status like: 
CPU, RAM, MEMORY so third party applications can monitor QRadar health status.
