QRadar: Deploy failure triggered by a git repository error

Troubleshooting


Problem

Deploy status goes into error or timeout state due to a git repository error.
 
Administrator can see these trace in the /var/log/qradar.log:
May 22 19:22:16 ::ffff:127.0.0.1 [tomcat.tomcat] [Thread-29061] ComponentOutput: [ERROR]ErrorStream post-deploy: error: insufficient permission for adding an object to repository database .git/objects
May 22 19:22:16 ::ffff:127.0.0.1 [tomcat.tomcat] [Thread-29061] ComponentOutput: [ERROR]ErrorStream post-deploy: error: backup/deployed/GLOBALSET/global.changedFiles.txt: failed to insert into database
May 22 19:22:16 ::ffff:127.0.0.1 [tomcat.tomcat] [Thread-29061] ComponentOutput: [ERROR]ErrorStream post-deploy: error: unable to index file 'backup/deployed/GLOBALSET/global.changedFiles.txt'
May 22 19:22:16 ::ffff:127.0.0.1 [tomcat.tomcat] [Thread-29061] ComponentOutput: [ERROR]ErrorStream post-deploy: fatal: updating files failed
