The Multithreaded setting found in the registry under \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Datacap\Rulerunner\Misc folder is automatically disabled when the Rulerunner Server Services is running.
This means that even the Multithreaded setting value is enabled with a value, it will be ignored and removed when the Rulerunner Server Services is running.
