Troubleshooting
Problem
After Managing Server v7.1.0.4 IF 1 installation with embedded IBM Db2 v11.5.x, Managing Server is unable to connect to the Db2 database.
Symptom
After successful installation of the Managing Server, it fails to start because the startup script returns a database access error.
Following messages are shown when am-start.sh and klctl.sh dbtest commands are executed.

# ./am-start.sh
am-check.sh: Error: Could not access the database.
Running command "/opt/IBM/itcam/WebSphere/MS/bin/klctl.sh dbtest" may give further diagnosis.
# ./klctl.sh dbtest
