Error description
After the upgrade to SSP version3.4.3.0 with the new provider IBMPKCS11 the "old" certificates are still in the CM HSM Keys list and cannot be deleted

Problem summary
HSM-resident keys that were generated with certicom/ncipher providers in 3418 or prior release should be deleted during upgrade to SSP 3430 or later.
Problem conclusion
Added logic in SSP CM 3430 and later version to delete HSM-resident keys during upgrade to SSP 3430 or later.
Temporary fix
Fix in SSP3430 iFix 1 Plus Build 69 and later.
