Problem summary

  • During a configuration push from the CM to the engine, getting
multiple
   java.lang.RuntimeException: Problem with reflection based
marshalling.
   Invalid data was being passed to SSP Engine Converter method.

Problem conclusion

  • Added logic to detect when an invalid data is passed into the
converter method and handle it properly.

Temporary fix

  • Sent Customer SSP3420 iFix 7+ Build267.
