QRadar: Upgrade failed on Managed Host due to a tomcat error

Troubleshooting


Problem

During a QRadar Managed Host Upgrade, the process fails due to a tomcat error, resulting in a message similar to the following:
[ERROR] Failed to connect to tomcat
An error was encountered attempting to process patches.
Please contact customer support for further assistance.

[onexit.d] Running cleanup_manually_stopped.sh
[onexit.d] Running cleanup_patch_conf.sh
[onexit.d] Running cleanup.sh
