Question
When starting the zSecure ISPF UI after upgrading or applying maintenance, why do I see "NLS table missing"?
When hitting PF1 the extended message becomes something like: TBOPEN failed for NLS tables including default C2RNID<lvl>E
where <lvl> is a letter such as U so the complete message is: TBOPEN failed for NLS tables including default C2RNIDUE
