Troubleshooting
Problem
QRadar SOAR upgrade fails with "usermod: command not found".
Symptom
Upgrading SOAR using command "sudo bash (..).run" receives error:
Backing up database into /crypt/backups/resilient-20190702xxxxxx.sql.gz...
Installing packages...
Backing up elasticsearch configuration files...
Upgrading Resilient...
Updating cacerts...
Performing post-installation setup...
Post-installation setup has failed
Failed to upgrade resilient
To roll back the installation, run the command: sudo bash /crypt/resRollbackServerUpgrade /crypt/backups/resilient-20190702xxxxxx.sql.gz
Installation complete
Log file "/usr/share/co3/logs/postinstall.log" contains:
/usr/share/co3/bin/setup_postinstall: line 377: usermod: command not found
Post-installation setup has failed
