PH66520: UPLOADING A JSON FILE WITH A SECOND RUNTIME_ENVIRONMENT SECTION FAILS: "AN UNEXPECTED ERROR OCCURRED IN REST INFRASTRUCTURE".

Error description

• If an additional runtime_environment is added to an existing
  JSON file, for example to configure an additional accelerator
  environment for Desaster Recovery (DR) purposes or to migrate an
  accelerator to a different CEC or LPAR, the upload of the JSON
  file to the active accelerator fails with error message "An
  unexpected error occurred in the REST infrastructure."
  This issue happens with Accelerator maintenance levels 7.5.13
  and 7.5.13.1.
  
  As a workaround, the following options exist:
  1. Do a new Accelerator install and provide the json file
     containing all runtime environments with the initial setup.
  2. Open a support case to get help from the support team to
     overcome this issue. The manual intervention to overcome the
     issue will require an outage.
  
  The issue will be solved with Accelerator maintenance level
  7.5.14.
