Error description

• When running a change where source and target are the same,
  Object Compare Tool generates XML columns as XML WITH DEFAULT
  NULL change.

  When Object Compare processes a table with a column of type XML,
  it incorrectly detects a change and alters the type to
  XML WITH DEFAULT NULL.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been resolved. Object Compare now correctly
  sets the default values for XML columns.
