Summary
The HP Onboard Administrator (OA) provides a comprehensive report that includes a full inventory, status, and configuration of all components.
Objective
This report is known as the OA SHOW_ALL report. In this topic, we will discuss how to collect the OA SHOW_ALL report in three different ways:
- HP Onboard Administrator GUI
- HP Onboard Administrator GUI (logon and change URL)
- HP Onboard Administrator CLI (Command Line Interface)
Steps
Capturing the HP Onboard Administrator SHOW ALL report via the OA GUI
1. Logon to the HP Onboard Administrator GUI
Open a web browser and navigate to the IP address of the HP Onboard Administrator. The IP address can be found on the front of the enclosure's Insight Display.
Log in to the OA GUI using your credentials.

2. Navigate to the Configuration Scripts
On the left-hand side, navigate to: Enclosure Information > Enclosure Settings > Configuration Scripts
3. Generate the Show All Report
Depending on the OA's FW level, click on "SHOW ALL: Click to view a script containing a list of the enclosure's current inventory." or "Click here to view a configuration script containing the current settings for this enclosure."
The Show All report will open in a new window. Choose “Save As” and save it as a txt file.

Capturing the HP Onboard Administrator SHOW ALL report via OA GUI after logon
1. Logon to the HP Onboard Administrator GUI
Logon to the HP Onboard Administrator GUI using your credentials. The IP address can be found at the front of the enclosure's Insight Display.
2. Change the URL
Once logged on to the OA, change the URL by adding /cgi-bin/showAll after the OA's IP address, for example: https://192.168.x.x/cgi-bin/showAll
The Show All report will be generated.

3. Save the Report
The Show All report will open in a new window. Choose “Save As” and save it as a txt file.

1. Logon to the HP Onboard Command Line Interface (CLI)
Logon to the HP Onboard Command Line Interface (CLI) via telnet or SSH.
2. Execute the SHOW ALL Command
Execute the command: SHOW ALL
3. Capture the Output
Capture the output from the executed CLI command and save it as a txt file.
