Summary

There are several vulnerabilities in IBM Storage Scale which could provide weaker than expected security that are now addressed (CVE-2024-45337, CVE-2024-45338)

Remediation/Fixes

For Storage Scale 5.1, if using the cloudkit, IBM strongly recommends addressing the vulnerability by upgrading to 5.1.9.9 or later:

For Storage Scale 5.2.2.0-5.2.2.1, IBM strongly recommends addressing the vulnerability by upgrading to 5.2.3.0 or later:
