  OpenTelemetry tracing enables end-to-end tracking of requests
  across different subsystems, making it easier to identify
  performance bottlenecks and failures efficiently.
  OpenTelemetry is vendor-neutral, integrating seamlessly with
  various monitoring tools to facilitate faster troubleshooting
  and improved system performance.
  
  Features provided as part of OpenTelemetry tracing support for
  IBM CICS Transaction Gateway 10.1 for z/OS:
  
  Supported clients - Java, Jakarta EE, Java EE, Spring Boot,
  .NET Framework and .NET Core
  Auto instrumentation - OpenTelemetry tracing for CICS
  Transaction Gateway supports auto instrumentation that allows
  seamless tracing with minimal configuration. Additionally,
  customers can implement manual instrumentation using the APIs
  provided by the CICS Transaction Gateway SDK, enabling precise
  control over tracing and deeper insights into application
  performance.
  Configurable settings - These settings allow enabling and
  disabling of span creation within both CICS Transaction Gateway
  and the CICS Transaction Gateway SDK that is used by the client
  application.
