Error description

• This APAR includes fixes to various defects identified in CICS
  Explorer 5.5.0.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• - In relation to the Security Discovery Perspective, when there
  is no specific ESM (External Security Manager) access for a
  generic resource with UACC (Universal Access Authority) other
  than NONE is now displayed the generic resource is not correctly
  displayed in the table.
  - When the SDD (Security Discovery Data) access is not
  satisfied by existing definitions, for example for a resource
  type that is currently not secured in the monitored CICS
  regions, a proposed permission is not created for approval.
  - When BestFit Analysis is run against non-transaction resources
   without an SDD an error occurs.
  - When an ESM file is exported and XTRAN is unticked on the
  resource filter, the XTRAN resources are still exported.
  - It is not currently possible to choose whether to show what
  UACC access level is associated with a cell.
  - When group access is allocated, sometimes the ESM
  access is incorrectly cleared.
  

Problem conclusion

• Various Security Discovery updates and fixes have been made:
  - In relation to the Security Discovery Perspective, an update
  has been made so that generic resource with UACC (Universal
  Access Authority) other than NONE is now displayed correctly in
  the table when there is no specific ESM (External Security
  Manager) access.
  - When the SDD (Security Discovery Data) access is not
  satisfied by existing definitions, for example for a resource
  type that is currently not secured in the monitored CICS
  regions, a proposed permission is now created for approval.
  - An error no longer occurs when BestFit Analysis is run
  against non-transaction resources without an SDD. BestFit
  Analysis is now not allowed to be run without SDD (Security
  Discovery Data).
  - When an ESM file is exported and XTRAN is unticked on the
  resource filter, the XTRAN resources were still exported. This
  has now been corrected.
  - New panels have been added to the security discovery details
  view, and existing panels in the details view have been
  updated.
  - It is now possible to choose whether to show what UACC access
  level is associated with a cell.
  - When group access was being allocated, sometimes the ESM
  access was incorrectly being cleared; this has now been
  corrected.
  
  This fix will be made available in Version 5.5.42 (33.0.13) and
  5.5.43 (34.0.3) of the CICS Explorer.
