The following failure message is returned when attempting to install Jazz for Service Management - DASH:

/opt/IBM/JazzSM/install/was/create_was_profile.xml:196: CTGFI3001E: Failed WebSphere Creation Profile action. Check product logs directory for more information. [/opt/IBM/JazzSM/install/fsconfig.xml:163]
A package has an issue that cannot be resolved by Installation Manager.
Identify the package that has the issue by looking at the installation history. In Installation Manager, click File > Installation History. In console mode, enter S: View Installation History. Contact IBM customer support."
The profile creation log ("/opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/logs/manageprofiles/JazzSMProfile_create.log") shows the following failure message:
"<message>/home/netcool/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profileTemplates/default/actions/scripts/importExternalLogs.xml:30: Failure occured while attempting to Setting the security settings in the default security template."
