• On the WS Policy Sets and Bindings Editor:
  Navigating to a policy -> WS-Security -> Message Level
  Protection -> Algorithms
  There is a list of dropdown options for the Algorithm Suite. The
  selected option is not being copied to the Policy xml file.

• The code was changed to allow the selected Algorithm Suite to be
