Viewing the IBM Privacy and Consent Policy
To IBM's read the privacy and consent policy:
- Visit the IBM Support Site at https://ibm.com/mysupport.
- If you are not already signed into the community, click the user icon in the upper-right corner of any community page, then click Log In, and then sign in with your username and password.

Figure 3. The Privacy & Consent tab is selected. - Consent to IBM's Privacy Statement is required for IBM to work on your case and for you to access support features on the IBM Support website. To withdraw, click Withdraw Consent. By withdrawing consent, you will become unable to interact with your cases, and you will lose access to other features and functions of IBM Support. IBM will not delete previously provided information. You can reconfirm your consent at any time.
