PH66227: CHANGE IN PANELS TO BYPASS SQLCODE = -471 ERROR MESSAGE

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• All panels that call the hidden panel ADB2ZPV0 to get ZPARM
  information will be updated with the IF (&GETDB2ZP='YES')
  condition like what's shown above for panel ADB2M1S. After this
  fix, provision will be granted to bypass the SQLCODE = -471
  error message (due to user error where the Stored Procedure
  SYSPROC.ADMIN_INFO_SYSPARM points to an incorrect site-specific
  WLM Environment) by setting the following input field value to
  "NO" from the "Db2 Admin Defaults" panel ADB2P2:
  Get DB2 ZPARM . . . . . . . . . . . NO (Yes/No) <== &GETDB2ZP
  
  This allows customers/users to continue using specific Db2 Admin
  Tool function(s) (with some limitation), until the site's Db2
  Admin Tool administrator/DBA resolves the -471.

  *                      loading panels ADB2E (Explain),         *
  *                      ADB21DS (Database Structures),          *
  *                      ADB21S (Table Spaces), ADB21SP          *
  *                      (Table Space Parts), ADB21X (Indexes),  *
  *                      and ADB21XP (Index Parts) might         *
  *                      be delayed due to a call to retrieve    *
  *                      Db2 zparm values.                       *
  ****************************************************************
  When a user initially opens panels ADB2E, ADB21DS, ADB21S,
  ADB21SP, ADB21X, or ADB21XP, the panel makes a call
  to retrieve the Db2 zparm values. If the Db2 Workload
  Manager (WLM) is stopped or an incorrect WLM is assigned to the
  stored procedure SYSPROC.ADMIN_INFO_SYSPARM (SQLCODE = -471),
  a delay might occur until Db2 times out the call. To bypass the
  SQLCODE -471 error message, set the following input field
  value to "NO" from the "Db2 Admin Defaults" panel ADB2P2:
  
  Get DB2 ZPARM . . . . . . . . . . . NO (Yes/No)
  
  This setting allows users to continue using specific Db2 Admin
  Tool function(s) (with some limitation) until the site's Db2
  Admin Tool administrator (DBA) resolves the -471 error.
