Error description
When an efix is installed via emgre with an abstract text that is longer than 64 chars instfix will fail to list it.
Local fix
emgr -lv3 will list all the apars fixed in the APAR information: stanza.
Problem summary
INSTFIX FAILS TO LIST EFIXES WITH ABSTRACTS LONGER THAN 64.
Problem conclusion
When the ifix abstract is more than 64, truncate the abstract to 64 and list the ifix
