Troubleshooting
Problem
User deactivation in MAS leads the synchronization down to Manage fails.
Symptom
Checking Manage logs, the error below can be found:
15 Apr 2025 11:02:34:658 [ERROR] [MXServer] [] Processing failed for MASPERUSER. The object structure is 1. The primary object is PERSON. The key is XXXX.BMXAA4049E - The value specified exceeds the maximum field length that is allowed for this attribute: Value = Admin activation by User xxxxxxx.xxxxx@xxxx.xxx, Object Name=MAXUSER, Attribute Name=NP_STATUSMEMO, Maximum Length=50.
