Error description

• This APAR provides failover capability for DAI TAS. It allows a
  standby TAS to automatically take over when the active TAS goes
  down.

  DAI allows configuring multiple TASs in a failover
  configuration. In this configuration, multiple TASs run, with
  one acting as the primary server and the others acting as
  backup servers. This configuration helps minimize service
  disruption caused by TAS failures or other issues.
