Troubleshooting
Problem
When the folder installation_location\drivers includes a copy of the Amazon Athena JDBC driver 2.0.28.1004, Cognos Analytics 12.1.0 throws exceptions and does not start.
Symptom
As Cognos Analytics is started, errors are logged in installation_location\logs\p2pd_messages.log and the installation_location\logs\ffdc folder.
Unable to create Lookup for ctx java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
com/simba/athena/shaded/apache/logging/log4j/util/internal/DefaultObjectInputFilter
